Rates

For callouts our rates are

$130 for the callout which includes the first hour labour. After that we bill at 15 minute intervals and the rate is $100 per hour.

If you can drop off your PC we have some fixed rates:

Virus removal - $130

Operating System reinstall or upgrade - $130 + the cost of software

Other software install - starting from $50

Data recovery:

• USB or Camera restore - $179
• Hard drive recovery due to software problem - $369
• Hard drive recovery due to physical damage - $749
